Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports that facilitate strategic decision-making.
Handle administrative duties such as managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and supporting audit preparations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent skills in bank reconciliation, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in financial report writing.
