Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

$22–$38 per hour, depending on experience

Lead role eligible for up to $40 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist the surgeon during oral surgery procedures from setup to completion

Prepare patients and monitor vitals throughout treatment

Take and develop X-rays and 3D scans for diagnostics

Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols

Organize instruments, materials, and operatory flow

For Candidates Interested in a Lead Role

Help oversee daily clinical operations and team workflow

Support and guide clinical staff to maintain efficiency and quality care

Bring strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

What We’re Looking For

Experience in oral surgery or a strong dental assisting background

Familiarity with implants preferred

Team player with a positive, patient-first attitude

Leadership experience or interest in growth (for Lead role)
