1099 Business Development - Help Contractors Build Organic Lead Equity

NOTICE: This is a 100% Commission-Only 1099 position.

The Opportunity:

Do you have experience selling to the trades? At Blue Collar Marketing Group, we specialize in Organic Search Optimization (OSO). We help residential contractors (Plumbers, Roofers, Electricians) stop wasting their budget on expensive, temporary ads and start building permanent digital equity.

Most contractors are currently paying a "PPC tax" to Google. You will offer them a way to own their traffic through a mix of:

- SEO & Local Search Dominance

- High-Conversion Video Content

- Strategic Blogging and Pinterest/YouTube Management

Compensation:

We offer a high-tier payout per new client plus 12 months of residual income. This allows you to build a recurring monthly paycheck while working entirely from your own home office.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in B2B sales or home service sales.

- Ability to explain complex marketing concepts (OSO) in simple, "blue-collar" terms.

- Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote outbound pipeline.
