Licensed Testing Psychologist
Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time Employee; Exempt
Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 per year starting salary (salary for expert level and supervising clinicians varies); paid biweekly
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available
Location: This is a hybrid (onsite at least 3 days per week) role based out of Ann Arbor, MI
Role Summary
The Testing Psychologist conducts comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning for adults and youth. Success in this role includes delivering accurate, timely evaluations, producing high-quality written reports, and collaborating with referring providers to support effective patient care.
Testing Psychologist Responsibilities
Administer, score, and interpret psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments
Conduct diagnostic interviews and clinical evaluations
Prepare clear, timely, and clinically sound assessment reports
Provide feedback sessions to clients and/or caregivers as appropriate
Collaborate with therapists and referral sources
Maintain compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Ensure ethical practice and quality clinical care.
Options available to conduct testing only or a provide a combination of therapy and testing services

Opportunities to grow within our team Requirements:
Testing Psychologist Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted psychologist (PhD, PsyD) license in Michigan
Doctoral (PhD or PsyD) degree in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
Formal training and experience in psychological testing and assessment or neuropsychological assessment including but not limited to psychoeducational evaluations, learning disability evaluations, ADHD evaluations, and intellectual testing.
Autism Spectrum evaluations formal training is preferred but not required.
Competency in administering standardized assessment instruments
Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (trauma, couples, etc.)
Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
Experience working independently within a team
