As our Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Famed Studios. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing schedules, class registrations, and student records. - Providing friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and staff. - Coordinating communications, including emails and phone inquiries. - Supporting studio events, such as recitals and competitive class rehearsals. - Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining studio materials. - Collaborating with the team to uphold the welcoming and creative environment Famed Studios is known for.What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring: - At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms). - A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. - A passion for or appreciation of the arts is a plus!Why Famed Studios?
