IDEAL BACKGROUND

• HR leadership experience within mid-size to large manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics, food, packaging, or other fast-paced operational environments

• Shared Service model experience

• Organizational change, performance assessment, talent development, compensation administration

• Eight to ten years of progressive HR experience
