Job Location: Columbus, OH
Onsite role
Pay rate: $30-33/hr W2
Contract term: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify talent
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (typically 5–10years)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Additional Skills: strong preference given to someone who has prior recruiting experience for functional roles within financial services or equally fast paced environment
