What You’ll Do:

Will support all areas of Human Resources, with a primary focus on the administration of payroll, benefits, and performance management processes

This part-time, in-office role acts as both an operational partner and a culture champion, supporting leaders, associates, and external partners while ensuring HR processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities

What We’re Looking For:

2-3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field

Must be comfortable providing feedback and managing conflicts among this level of employees

Looking for an HR Strategy Partner that shows curiosity and initiative

Experience with Paycom preferred
