Role Description
This is a Part-time, on-site role for a Facilitator Bookkeeper based in Boynton Beach, FL. The Facilitator Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing journal entries, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping practices. Additional responsibilities include working with accounting software, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while supporting the church's mission and activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Statements and generating accurate financial reports
Strong skills in Bookkeeping and maintaining detailed financial records
Experience with Accounting Software and knowledge of digital financial tools
Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries (Accounting) with accuracy and timeliness
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and integrity in handling sensitive financial information
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work in an on-site environment
Previous experience in nonprofit or education sector financial management is a plus
