Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet is a rapidly expanding retailer in the high-velocity world of home goods. We don't just compete—we excel by being more agile, determined, and strategic than traditional big-box stores in the appliance and furniture sectors. We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Sales Manager to serve as the operational leader.

If you are a "corporate executive" who needs a support staff to get things done, this isn't for you. But if you are an operator who thrives on the floor, loves the "math" of a deal, and knows how to build a scalable sales machine—we want you to lead us.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You aren’t just managing a store; you are owning the entire revenue ecosystem.

1. Revenue & Sales Execution

Drive the Floor: You own the daily, weekly, and monthly numbers. You don’t manage from a desk; you train and coach salespeople hands-on, in the heat of the moment.

The Closer: You enforce the discipline of follow-up and closing. When a big deal is on the line, you step in personally to bring it home.

KPI Mastery: You live by the data—close rates, average tickets, foot traffic, and lead conversion are your North Star.

2. Marketing & Demand Generation

Fuel the Machine: Oversee paid ads, Facebook Marketplace strategy, and high-impact sales events.

Strategic Alignment: You ensure our marketing spend aligns perfectly with our current inventory and pricing strategy.

Ruthless Optimization: If a campaign isn’t driving traffic and dollars, you kill it and pivot.

3. E-Commerce & Online Growth

Digital Expansion: Lead the growth of our Shopify and marketplace presence.

Seamless Operations: Align online pricing and inventory flow with in-store operations to ensure a "one-team" feel.

Scalable Systems: Build the framework that allows our online sales to triple as we scale.

4. Leadership & Talent Development

Build the A-Team: You will hire, onboard, and performance-manage the sales staff and supervisors.

Standardize Excellence: Build the structured onboarding and training programs that turn new hires into killers.

Future Scaling: Identify and develop the next generation of Store Managers as we prepare for regional expansion.
