What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Attorney in California with 0–3+ years of litigation experience (eviction or real estate experience a strong plus)

A confident courtroom presence and ability to manage multiple cases under deadline

Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills

Passion for advocacy and delivering results for clients

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

What You’ll Do:

Represent clients in all phases of eviction litigation—from intake through judgment and enforcement

Manage a high-volume caseload with autonomy and precision

Conduct court appearances, negotiations, mediations, and trial work

Provide strategic counsel to landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals

Draft legal pleadings, motions, and notices with efficiency and clarity
