The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will report to the Nurse (RN) Manager / Supervisor and work alongside caregivers to provide patient care that exceeds industry standards. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with medical staff, and administering treatments and medications.Responsibilities

Collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime

Provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients’ responses to the plan of care

Administers medication safely and accurately

Works closely with Medical and Clinical staff

Performs treatments

Administers medications & injections Requirements

LPN – State Licensure

Current Physical, Current PPD

Valid BLS/CPR certification or equivalent

Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required Work Arrangement
