Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care in a collaborative outpatient setting, supporting efficient prescription processing and patient safety. This direct hire position is based in Delphi, IN, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Position Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions

Conduct drug utilization reviews and communicate with prescribers for issue resolution

Compound and dispense prescribed medications following regulatory standards

Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure smooth operations

Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and pharmacy regulations

Fill prescriptions for pharmaceutical preparations and devices efficiently

Submit claims for third-party reimbursement accurately

Consult with physicians, nurses, and patients to address pharmaceutical inquiries

Monitor and manage the storage, distribution, and use of pharmaceuticals

Participate actively as a team member in a small pharmacy environment with 1-2 technicians and 1 cashier

Be open to feedback and continuous professional development

Perform other duties as assigned to support the facility’s operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant pharmacy experience

Registered Pharmacist license with no restrictions in the state of Indiana

Clean criminal record with no felony convictions

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a small, tightly knit team
