As a Bartender/Manager at Tap House Grill, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and leave as lifelong fans. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service with a smile. - Craft delicious beverages and serve our scratch-made menu items. - Interact with guests to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships. - Lead by example, ensuring team members deliver consistent, high-quality service. - Assist where needed to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. - Uphold our commitment to integrity, excellence, and doing what’s right.What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - 3 years of bartending experience (required). - 1 year of bar management experience (preferred). - 5 years of restaurant experience (preferred). - Current BASSET and Food Handler certifications. - Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. - A team-oriented mindset and a desire to help out wherever needed. - Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.Why Join Tap House Grill?

30-hour minimum workweek.

Hours of operation: 11 AM–12 AM, 7 days a week.
