Production Associate (Machine Experience Preferred)

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Production Associate with experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. This role is hands-on and involves working with and around production machinery, so prior machine experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily production operations in a fast-paced environment

Work with and around production equipment and machinery

Load/unload materials and monitor production processes

Perform basic machine adjustments or support operators as needed

Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

Previous production or manufacturing experience required

Experience working with machinery or production equipment preferred

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a hands-on environment

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift [insert weight if needed]

Team-oriented with a solid work ethic

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $22.00/hour
