Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Fiscal Ct, Riviera Beach, FL 33404

Job Summary

This role supports daily production operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment. The position focuses on ensuring efficient machine performance, consistent product quality, and accurate production tracking. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines, including calibration and routine cleaning

• Control and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements

• Feed raw materials into machines and monitor production flow

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during the shift

• Inspect finished products to identify non-conforming output

• Maintain accurate records of approved and defective units

• Support inventory control, including tracking materials and usage

• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred

• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to follow instructions and production processes

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work independently as a self-starter

• Experience with inventory tracking or material handling is a plus
