Most warehouse jobs are about moving boxes from Point A to Point B. At Stu’s, it’s about moving at the speed of retail. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager/Logistics & Service Manager who understands that the warehouse isn't just a storage space—it’s the heartbeat of our operation. If you thrive on urgency, demand accountability, and know how to build systems that scale, you’re the leader we need.

This is not a desk job. You will be on the floor, on the dock, and in the mix. You will lead delivery crews, oversee high-volume inventory flow, and ensure that every customer who walks out our door stays a customer for life.

THE MISSION: WHAT YOU’LL OWN

1. Warehouse & Inventory Command

Total Operations: Manage the daily flow of thousands of products. If it’s in the building, you know where it is, what it costs, and where it’s going.

Pricing Oversight: Lead the pricing team to ensure every appliance and sofa is tagged accurately, competitively, and consistently. You are the guardian of our margins.

Product Staging: Organize incoming inventory and stage outbound deliveries with surgical precision to minimize "touches" and maximize speed.

2. Logistics & Delivery Execution

The Route Master: Build efficient routes and manage our delivery crews to ensure we are hitting windows and exceeding expectations.

Damage Prevention: Oversee load-outs and transit standards. We sell "like new" and "new"—it’s your job to keep it that way.

3. Service & Warranty Leadership

The Fixer: Coordinate appliance repairs and service tickets. You’ll manage warranty claims and work directly with technicians and vendors to resolve customer issues fast.

Technical Savvy: Diagnosing appliance issues when needed isn't beneath you—it’s part of your toolkit.

4. Building the Machine

Leadership: Train, mentor, and hold your staff accountable. You don’t just delegate; you lead by example and maintain a culture of discipline and pride.

Scalable Systems: We are growing fast. You will be responsible for creating the workflows that allow us to open the next location without breaking a sweat.

WHO YOU ARE

Experienced: You have 3+ years in warehouse management, specifically managing delivery teams and high-turnover inventory.

Technically Minded: You have a background in appliance repair (strongly preferred) and know how to handle furniture without a scratch.

A Logistics Pro: You understand scheduling, forklift operations, and how to solve a routing nightmare before it starts.

Solution-Driven: When a delivery truck breaks down or a warranty part is backordered, you don’t bring us problems—you bring us the solution.
