What are the typical daily duties of a Bateman Water Heating Office Assistant?
On a typical day, the fast-paced work environment begins the moment you walk in the door. Multi-tasking is essential for this role, as you'll need to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy. Daily duties include checking email and voicemail for any missed messages from clients, team members, or upper management. Office Assistants also greet the Office Manager and Field Service Specialist and receive tasks to complete. Throughout the day, they make and answer phone calls, as well as assist the Office Managers with organizational and clerical support tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and running errands.
They may participate in meetings and take notes for participants to review later. During downtime, office assistants assist with email processing and updating files.
