Job Description

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word required at a basic level.

Training for this entry-level role will be provided.

Job Functions:

Route documents, track, print, scan and index

Enter loan data into Encompass Loan Origination System

Upload loan packages to investors and servicers

Complete MERS registration/transfers

Generate or review Note Shipment reports and send requests to Warehouse Banks prior to cutoff time daily

Pull purchase advice, and upload to warehouse banks/accounting/Encompass LOS

Box original documents for storage
