Job Description

The Private Duty Concierge - HHA/CNA provides compassionate, professional in-home care within private residences. This role focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, medication reminders, and meal preparation, ensuring comfort, safety, and personalized support. The caregiver works independently, offering companionship and maintaining detailed care records to foster a secure and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care including medication assistance and personal hygiene support

Prepare meals and assist with mobility support

Offer companionship and maintain a comforting presence

Perform light housekeeping and ensure safety monitoring

Maintain accurate record keeping of care activities

Deliver care with professionalism and compassion

Required Qualifications

CNA or HHA certification

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience in home health care

CNA certification

HHA certification

Basic patient care and vital signs monitoring

Medication reminders and compassionate communication

Time management and emergency response skills
