WHAT YOU’LL DO

At Stu’s, every day is fast, fun, competitive, and different. You aren't just a clerk; you’re a deal-maker.

Close the Floor: Sell premium appliances, furniture, recliners, flooring, and home improvement products.

Be a Social Media Sniper: Reach out on Facebook Marketplace and social media to create your own sales opportunities. You don’t wait for the door to swing; you drive the traffic yourself.

Master the Follow-Up: Build real relationships. Move deals through Messenger and follow up until the "Sold" sign is on the tag.

Create Urgency: Help customers find incredible deals and give them a reason to buy today.

Be a Team Player: We win together. You’ll work as a team to crush daily and weekly sales goals.

Get Your Hands Dirty: One minute you’re selling a sectional; the next, you’re helping load a refrigerator. We hustle until the job is done.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire for attitude and grit over a fancy resume. If you have the following, we want to talk:

THE SCHEDULE

Weekends REQUIRED: Saturday and Sunday are our prime time.

Mid-Week Break: You’ll get two consistent days off during the week to handle your business while everyone else is at work.
