Job Title: Experienced Extruder Operator & Machine Operator

Location: Medina, Ohio

A leading manufacturer in Medina is seeking experienced Extruder Operators and Machine Operators to join our team. These are high-priority production roles with strong potential for long-term employment. If you’re dependable, skilled, and ready to perform at a high level, we want to hear from you.

Positions Available:

Extruder Operator — $17.00/hour

Machine Operator — $19.00/hour

Shift Details:

Regular Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Training Period: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) for approximately 6–10 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion or production machinery

Ensure consistent product quality and meet production standards

Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain workflow efficiency

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Extruder Operator or Machine Operator required

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Proven reliability and consistent attendance

Willingness to learn and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment

Ability to complete required training on 1st shift
