Overview: Responsible for overseeing and managing the sterile processing areas supporting perioperative services and coordinating the reprocessing of and delivery of items to other areas within the health care organization. In Lieu of degree 2 years of work experience in addition to the work requirement listed below. Required

Bachelors Degree Preferred Work Experience

5 years of relevant experience which must include tow (2) years of leadership experience Required or

In lieu of degree seven (7) years of experience working as a Sterile Processing or Surgical Tech, 2 of which working in a leadership capacity will be considered Required

Experience with process flow, plant/manufacturing operations, assembly line, and/or sterile processing department Preferred Licenses and Certifications

Central Service Processing Certification Preferred

Certified Operating Room Technician Certification in Sterile Processing Management Preferred
