Pay Rate: $20.00

Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Overview:

Join the dynamic team at Partners Personnel as a Pick/Pack Associate for our esteemed client in Columbus, OH! We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Safely transport completed picks to the designated packing staging area.

Communicate consistently with the Picking Team Lead to address and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

Follow quality standards, promptly reporting any inventory issues to the Team Lead.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that containers and picking areas are always functioning properly.

Pack customer orders accurately by reviewing product SKUs, weights, and quantities before shipping.

Efficiently seal, label, and stack packages for shipment, loading them onto trailers as required.

Collaborate with other departments as directed by management, supporting Fulfillment Center operations. Qualifications:

Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.

Experience with RF scanners is a plus but not essential.

Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
