We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator with strong expertise in production support, system administration, and upgrades to manage and maintain critical ERP systems for a large-scale insurance environment.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and seamless integration of PeopleSoft applications.

Key Responsibilities Administer, monitor, and maintain PeopleSoft production, UAT, and development environments.

Perform installation, configuration, and patching of PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleTools, WebLogic, and Tuxedo.

Handle PeopleSoft upgrades (Application & PeopleTools), including end-to-end lifecycle management.

Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting issues across HCM, FSCM, and CRM modules.

Configure and manage Integration Broker for system-to-system and third-party integrations.

Implement and support SSO (Kerberos), SSL, and security configurations.

Manage Elastic Search implementation and performance tuning.

Monitor batch processes, scheduler jobs, and interface flows to ensure business continuity.

Perform database refreshes, migrations, and disaster recovery (DR) drills.

Work on performance tuning to support high user concurrency and optimize critical processes (e.g., payroll). Administer user security (roles, permission lists, profiles) and integrate with Active Directory.

Support monthly/quarterly financial closing cycles and critical business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ERP enhancements and migrations.

Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration and Production Support.

Strong hands-on experience with: PeopleTools (8.5x versions) Applications: HCM, FSCM, CRM WebLogic, Tuxedo, Integration Broker Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades (Tools & Application). Knowledge of database platforms: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2.

Expertise in Windows Server & UNIX (Solaris/Linux) administration.

Hands-on experience with: SSO/Kerberos authentication Elastic Search Disaster Recovery setup and execution Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Experience in production incident management and SLA-driven support.

Preferred Skills Experience in insurance domain systems.

Exposure to cloud-based PeopleSoft deployments.

Knowledge of automation/testing frameworks (PTF). Experience in large-scale environments (multi-instance architecture). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 production environment.

Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
