Appointment Setter (Remote – Commission Only, High Earning Potential)

We’re looking for hungry, driven appointment setters who want to earn based on performance, not hourly limits.

This is NOT a typical job — this is for people who want to make $2,000–$5,000+/month by booking qualified calls.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reaching out to business owners (mainly contractors)

Starting conversations via cold outreach (Facebook, SMS, etc.)

Qualifying leads using a simple script

Booking calls directly onto our calendar

You don’t need to close deals — we handle the closing.

You get paid when deals close from your appointments.

Pay Structure:

Commission-based (no cap)

Earn per deal closed from your booked appointments

Top setters are making $100–$300+ per deal

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
