What's the role?
You’ll join a motivated team of map makers who load, manage, and compile global geospatial datasets. Together, you’ll build the foundation for high-quality digital maps used across a wide range of products and industries. Working with modern technologies, the team continuously enhances a scalable ecosystem that empowers customers to improve their business processes through maps, geospatial intelligence, and location-based services.
Work with large-scale geospatial datasets to build and maintain high-quality digital maps
Use modern technologies to efficiently process, manage, and integrate spatial data
Contribute to developing and improving a scalable geospatial ecosystem
Support new dataset onboarding and feature development to expand mapping capabilities
Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable and accurate mapping solutions
Help enable customers to leverage location-based services and geospatial intelligence
Who are you?
Basic understanding of spatial data and the concept of building a digital twin of the real world
Comfortable working with Java and Python in a development environment
Familiarity with cloud platforms and an interest in scalable, distributed systems
Understanding (or willingness to learn) modern software development practices such as CI/CD and test-driven development
Open to collaborative coding, including working with AI tools and participating in code reviews
Curious about new technologies in AI, data processing, and GIScience
Eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a collaborative team environment
