Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

We are hiring a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer for a full-time position based in Santa Monica, California with a leading aviation technology company. This organization builds mission?critical software supporting flight operations, safety systems, and enterprise aviation platforms. The technology stack includes React on the frontend and Golang, Node.js, and/or Java on the backend, deployed on modern cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Backend experience with Golang, Node.js, or Java (deep expertise in at least one)

• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services

• Proven experience serving as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer

• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance

• Experience working in agile development environments

Desired Skills & Experience

• Aviation, transportation, or safety?critical systems experience

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Docker and Kubernetes exposure

• CI/CD pipeline and DevOps collaboration

• Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
