Role Summary: We are looking for an early-career HR professional to support Organizational Development initiatives with a strong focus on role restructuring, organization design, job architecture, and career ladder creation.
This role is suited for someone who is analytical, structured, and interested in understanding how organizations are built, how roles are defined, and how employees grow through clearly designed career paths.
The selected candidate will work closely with business and HR teams to support role mapping, hierarchy design, competency alignment, and career framework development across functions.
Role Responsibilities: 1) Organizational Design and Role Structuring Support projects related to organizational structure review and workforce design Assist in analyzing current roles, reporting structures, spans, layers, and team design Help identify role overlaps, duplication, unclear ownership, and restructuring opportunities Support creation and refinement of role charters, job descriptions, and role purpose statements Participate in role rationalization and restructuring exercises across departments 2) Career Ladder and Job Architecture Assist in building career ladders and progression frameworks for different functions Support definition of role levels, progression criteria, and growth pathways Help create job architecture frameworks by mapping roles across grades, bands, and levels Work on standardization of roles and titles across teams Support documentation of movement criteria between levels and roles 3) Competency and Framework Development Assist in development of competency frameworks linked to roles and levels Support mapping of functional, behavioral, and leadership competencies Help align role expectations with business requirements and future growth needs Work on framework documents, matrices, templates, and reference models for OD projects 4) Research, Data, and Documentation Gather and organize data related to roles, structures, and employee growth paths Prepare trackers, reports, presentations, and analysis for OD interventions Maintain documentation related to role design, leveling, and career frameworks Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to collect inputs for organization design initiatives Support benchmarking and internal analysis related to role structuring and career progression Desired Candidate Profile: MBA / PGDM in HR, Organizational Behavior, or related specialization.

Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
Strong interest in Organizational Development, organization design, and career framework creation.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
