Junior Engineer (Infrastructure & Urban Development Government + Public-Sector Projects) Skyline Architectural Consultant Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India (On-site) Full-time Skyline Architectural Consultant is a multidisciplinary design and consultancy firm delivering architecture, urban planning, and infrastructure advisory services across public and private sector projects in India.
We work closely with government bodies, PSUs, and developers to deliver execution-ready, regulation-compliant infrastructure solutions.
We’re hiring a Civil Engineer to support planning, design coordination, site execution, and technical compliance for roads, buildings, and urban infrastructure projects, with significant exposure to government and public-sector assignments.
You will contribute across the full project lifecycle—from DPRs and tender documentation to site supervision and execution support.
Key Responsibilities Support planning, design, and execution of civil and infrastructure projects.
Prepare, review, and coordinate engineering drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
Assist in DPR preparation, feasibility studies, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with architects, planners, structural/MEP consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Supervise site activities to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
Ensure compliance with IS Codes, IRC standards, CPWD specifications, MoRTH guidelines, and local regulations.
End-to-end contract management from award to close-out Ensure contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle Handle claims management, including EOT (Extension of Time), change orders/variations, and cost claims Perform delay analysis and prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) Manage and analyze project schedules using Primavera and MS Project Review and control BOQ, scope changes, and contractual deviations Identify contractual and commercial risks and implement risk mitigation measures Coordinate closely with site and planning teams to ensure adherence to contractual obligations Maintain comprehensive contract documentation, correspondence, and records Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institution.
5 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure / civil engineering projects / Consulting agency Demonstrated experience in roads, buildings, urban infrastructure, townships, or redevelopment works.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and execution methodologies Prior exposure to government or public-sector projects is strongly preferred.
Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and site environments.
