Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Senior Project Manager
Lead and oversee all phases of ground-up mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Establish and maintain a proactive project safety culture across all job sites
Oversee subcontractor procurement, bid packaging, and contract negotiations
Conduct regular job-site meetings and ensure alignment with project goals
Monitor cost reporting including contracts, change orders, and forecasts
Ensure overall financial health and performance of assigned projects
Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
Lead project closeout, including client walkthroughs and turnover
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and project teams

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager Candidate will have:
10+ years of construction project management experience (ground-up required)
Proven experience leading large-scale mixed-use construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Experience with project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, etc.)
Strong leadership experience, including mentoring junior staff
Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously
PMP or similar certification is a plus
