Job Description – Junior Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction site activities, coordinate with project teams, ensure quality control measures are met, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. The role also involves interpreting structural designs, implementing engineering solutions, and ensuring all project work adheres to safety standards and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

1-4 years of experience in residential construction (mandatory)

Proficiency in on-site construction management and supervision

Excellent communication skills for liaising with workers, contractors, and project stakeholders

Expertise in quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications

Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering principles

Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to project execution

Prior experience in a site engineering role, particularly in residential or design-focused projects, is an advantage

Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD (preferred)
