Python Developer

A financial services company in North Carolina is seeking a highly motivated Python Developer for a great opportunity with their team in Charlotte.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze requirements

Make architectural and design recommendations

Code, document, and test their contributions in a high-energy, team-oriented environment

Contribute significantly to the formulation and design of the solution, not just coding the implementation

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Python

Extensive experience with .NET writing API driven web applications

Experience with .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC4

Excellent understanding of SOA principles, including experience implementing WCF/WebAPI

Experience working in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) environment utilizing a Scrum (Agile) methodology to provide end-to-end development
