Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI React Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development using React.js, with an emphasis on building intuitive, scalable, and responsive web applications. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and related technologies.

Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript and CSS code.

Optimize applications for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, product managers, and designers.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure product quality.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and front-end development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.

Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or similar.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Proficient with version control tools like Git. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or other front-end frameworks.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).

Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization best practices.
