Personnel Qualifications
• At least three years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor category
• Experienced and proficient in the Now Create methodology
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
• Advanced ServiceNow System Administration
• List/Form/Navigation Pane Updates
• Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Catalog Items
• Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Workflows
• Conducting/Participating in Configuration Reviews
• Instance Patch Management
• Creating/Updating/Maintaining/Deleting Tables and Fields
• Demonstrated experience developing software according to the software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall.
• Demonstrated understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding principles.
• Demonstrated architecture, design, data modeling, and configuration experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience developing applications:
• Languages such as Javascript and Angular JS.
• Webservices
• CSS
• Client-server, middleware, or web platforms.
• Mobile or cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with relational data structures and data manipulation methods associated with relational database systems:
• Experience with database platforms such as Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs).
• ITIL knowledge and experience.
Capabilities
• Maintain the stability and usability of the platform across all production and non-production environments.
• Provide configuration assistance to developers
• Manage and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications.
• Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation.
• Manage Update Set creation and migration.
• Schedule and verify instance clones.
• Lead/participate ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution.
• Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists.
• Contribute to ServiceNow releases.
