Stansfield Signature Real Estate in the DC Metro market is hiring an Administrative Assistant to become the right hand to leadership and the engine behind the scenes. This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to build, lead, and make a measurable impact inside a fast-moving business.

Compensation:

Salary: $58,000-$62,000

Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

Run the daily operational flow of the business so nothing falls through the cracks

Protect leadership’s time, priorities, calendar, and focus

Manage CRM/database accuracy, organization, and follow-up standards

Coordinate meetings, schedules, projects, deadlines, and moving pieces

Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to closing

Oversee vendors, contractors, and home-prep projects tied to listings or client needs

Assist with marketing initiatives, listing promotion, events, and social media execution

Qualifications:

Experience in operations, executive support, client service, or office management

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Confidence with technology, CRMs, Google Workspace, and learning new systems

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Proven ability to create order in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized people who love structure and accountability
