The ideal candidate will manage the on-site construction team and subcontractors, ensuring job site organization and OSHA compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, scheduling equipment and materials, and ensuring timely project completion. This full-time, long-term position offers potential for growth within the company.Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the on-site construction team

Coordinate and oversee all site work

Work with the Project Manager

Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness on-site

Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met

Problem-solving and decision-making

Qualifications:

Experience as a Construction Superintendent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
