Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and materials for email and digital marketing campaigns.
Create structure, layout, and functionality for landing pages and websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build responsive, accessible email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that align with brand standards.
Collaborate with creative teams, marketing partners, and external agencies to develop interactive email and web experiences.
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure creative work aligns with brand and marketing objectives.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert, influencing best practices and innovation in digital execution.
Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery with a high degree of accuracy.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners including creative, marketing, and tech teams. Required Skills
Front-End Technologies:
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less)
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions Email Platforms:
Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience using Ampscript for personalization and dynamic content Version Control:
Proficient with Git and repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket Web Performance Optimization:
Understanding of techniques to improve page load times and rendering performance Testing & Debugging:
Skilled with browser developer tools
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library UI/UX Principles:
Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices
Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional interfaces
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD Experience & Collaboration Skills
5+ years of web development experience, including 2-5 years focused on email development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across design, development, and marketing teams
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations
