Technical:

Structured experience in D365 F&O / Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations

knowledge of the X++ programming language

Experience with the Microsoft stack underpinning D365FO Cloud including, but not limited to, Azure services (e.g. Data Factory, Data Lake, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Synapse), Power platform, and Power BI.

Data integration using D365 DMF (Data Migration Framework), extraction / analysis.

Integration into / out of D365 using Web Services with REST/SOAP APIs for 3rd party applications / ISVs.

Reports Development using Power BI, SSRS, Management Reports, Excel Integration, Create/Customize Dashboards

Dynamics 365 LCS: Familiarity with LCS for managing the application lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Dynamics 365 Customization: Ability to customize entities, forms, and views within Dynamics 365

Experience with Application Administration (User/Access Management, License Management, System Monitoring / Troubleshooting, Storage etc.)

Estimating and solution design skills. Key technical thought leadership role on multiple full cycle implementations D365FO or Dynamics AX

Providing technical leadership, oversight, and direction to the D365FO functional and technical teams during the design, build, test, support

Nice to have: Knowledge of CRM Application (e.g. Salesforce or Dynamics CRM)

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in providing lead guidance and solutions, as well as application development required.

Master's degree a plus.

Experience Required

minimum 5 years of hands-on experience of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (preferred) or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

A minimum of 5 years experience developing and enhancing Dynamics D365 ERP is a must.

Has good domain knowledge in Sales, Purchase and inventory modules of Microsoft Dynamics D365 / AX 2012 Version

Has performed the lead role for all technical deliverables and provide status update to the project stake holders

Preferred Skills and Related Certifications

Dynamics D365 F&O and/or Microsoft AX certifications preferred

At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processes.

Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and come up to-be business maps

Management experience is a plus

Planning and Prioritization skills

Basic domain knowledge of Healthcare / Lab industry / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing
