We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite professional for 8 week contract to support our team through a critical post-implementation phase. Our NetSuite go-live is scheduled for September 2, 2025, and we need a strong partner to ensure we are fully leveraging the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with transaction processing and validation

• Support month-end close and ensure accurate financials

• Build and optimize reporting tools and saved searches

• Provide hands-on guidance to accounting staff

• Ensure best practices are followed for the overall system usage as well as SuiteBilling and Suite Project Pro

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience with NetSuite implementations

• Knowledge of SuiteBilling module and Revenue Recognition rules

• Background in Service/SaaS industry accounting

• Operates at an Accounting Manager to Controller level

• Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment

This is a high-impact role requiring a NetSuite "heavy hitter" who can hit the ground running and bring deep expertise to ensure a successful launch and stabilization period.
