Job Description
As a Line Cook, you will play an essential role in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes specializing in American, Seafood, Steaks, and Italian cuisines. Working within a medium-sized kitchen team of 6-15 members, you will ensure food quality and safety during 6-8 hour shifts, contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen environment without inventory management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain station cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
Set up and operate kitchen equipment efficiently
Monitor food quality and consistency throughout service
Collaborate effectively with team members during shifts
Reduce waste by following portion and preparation guidelines
Ensure timely and accurate food preparation within shift length
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in culinary arts
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in food preparation techniques
