We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Developer Workspace Engineer to design, build, and support modern developer workspaces and tooling. This role combines software development, developer productivity engineering, and end-user technology expertise to enhance developer onboarding, CI/CD workflows, and developer productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, Java, developer tooling, virtualization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with developer platforms, collaboration suites, and infrastructure teams to create seamless developer experiences.
Ensure solutions align with security, governance, audit, and risk compliance requirements.
Promote best practices and technical solutions within the developer community through documentation and knowledge sharing.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers regarding workspace tools and development environments. Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python and Java.
Experience with Full Stack Development and developer productivity tooling.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
Experience with workspace virtualization, VDI, and developer environment management.
Familiarity with software deployment tools such as SCCM or similar provisioning systems.
Experience integrating AI/automation tools into development workflows.
Strong communication and technical evangelism skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing developer platforms or internal developer portals.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise developer environments.
Strong understanding of secure development practices and governance frameworks.
