Job Description

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking an experienced FDA Regulatory Associate to join its Washington, D.C. office.

Practice Area: FDA Regulatory

Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years

Position Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Group at a leading global law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience advising clients on FDA regulatory matters, particularly those involving transactional work with FDA-regulated entities. Experience across the product life cycle—including product development, clinical trials, market launch and promotion, and interaction with government regulators—is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

2+ years of FDA regulatory experience in a law firm or in-house setting

Exposure to transactional matters involving FDA-regulated products

Familiarity with product development and marketing strategies under FDA oversight

Outstanding legal writing and analytical skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Admission to the D.C. Bar (or eligibility to waive in)

Compensation:
