Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner based in Barberton, OH.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, including conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and creating individualized care plans.

Additionally, you will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate patient records, and educate patients on preventative care and treatment options.

Your work will play a critical role in enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring quality care delivery.

QualificationsAdvanced clinical skills in conducting physical exams, diagnosing, prescribing medications, and managing acute and chronic medical conditionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and coordination with multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of medical procedures, clinical guidelines, and a strong understanding of current best practices in primary careProficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirementsActive Nurse Practitioner license in the state of OhioMaster’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and national certification as a Nurse Practitioner requiredClinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or similar setting preferredCompassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
