Golf Course Grounds Maintenance

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Golf Course Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Ability to operate various maintenance equipment (string trimmer, chainsaw, blower and utility vehicles) a plus.

**Qualifications:** - Previous experience operating equipment, preferably in a golf course or landscaping setting a plus.

- Knowledge of safety protocols related to equipment operation.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. -Ability to work with others

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate and maintain equipment such as string trimmers, edgers, blowers, chainsaws, and utility vehicles.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation.

- Follow safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment.

- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent.

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Motivated self-starter

- Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

- Willingness to learn and take on responsiblity
