Job Description:

The Electrical Lead will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of the PV electrical systems including DC systems, MV collection, inverters, and HV substation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect DC cabling, combiner boxes, and inverter installations

• Oversee MV collection system installation and testing

• Witness electrical testing and commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and OEM standards

• Coordinate with EPC electrical teams and OE staff

• Track electrical NCRs and inspection reports

Requirements

• 7+ years utility-scale solar electrical construction experience

• Strong knowledge of MV collection systems and substation equipment

• Experience with electrical commissioning preferred
