Configuration Consultant Intern

Your Role at Relatient We're seeking a Configuration Consultant Intern to join our team in the Greater Atlanta Metro area.

This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

How You'll Make an Impact * Support Senior Software Design Consultants in evaluating and improving complex scheduling workflows * Partner with Software Design Consultants to optimize products and enhance patient access * Create visuals, reports, and documentation to support service delivery and implementation * Help design and streamline processes to accelerate software modernization initiatives What You Bring: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, advanced formatting, and data analysis * Understanding of basic coding logic * Ability to work onsite in the Atlanta office at least once per week * Strong interest in process improvement and problem-solving * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies * Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Experience with SQL is a plus * Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages is preferred * Advanced Excel skills, including experience with VBA scripting, are a plus Mindsets That Matter: * Take ownership and follow through with accountability * Communicate clearly and collaborate across teams * Continuously improve and look for opportunities to automate Pay & Perks: The hourly range for this role is $16-$20 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and location.
