Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern UI development to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with backend teams integrating Java/Spring Boot microservices within a BFSI environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, reusable UI components using ReactJS
Build modern, component-based applications using JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and Spring Boot microservices
Convert UX wireframes and business requirements into high-quality production code
Implement state management solutions (Redux / Context API)
Optimize performance using lazy loading, code splitting, and best practices
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Follow secure coding standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG/ADA)
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Debug and resolve production issues and UI defects
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated UI testing
Required Technical Skills
Front-End (Primary)
Strong experience with ReactJS (Hooks & functional components)
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design
Experience with UI frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap
Hands-on experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API
Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON handling
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques Backend & Integration
Solid understanding of Java/J2EE fundamentals
Experience working with Spring Boot microservices
Familiarity with microservices architecture Testing & Tools
Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Selenium
