Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or relatable field of study is preferred but not required.
At least 1-year full time, direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities but not required
Monitor to make sure all Providers are meeting their COC
Ensure quality of services in alignment with person centered practices, licensing and Dungarvin expectations.
Demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible and flexible.
Reliable Transportation
Valid driver’s license
Valid vehicle insurance
