Logic LC is hiring three Technical Project Coordinator II professionals to provide advanced coordination and administrative support for security, access control, and low-voltage infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all moving parts-from budgets to field support-run smoothly, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
Track project budgets, monitor costs, and provide regular reports and updates to Project Managers.
Coordinate field service resources, equipment, and materials to support project execution.
Provide direct support to field technicians during installations and testing of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues with cross-functional input from sales, operations, and customer stakeholders.
Prepare project status updates, progress reports, and communication summaries for clients and internal teams.
Ensure timely execution of project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Assist with customer system training and project handoff when needed.
Capture lessons learned and contribute to ongoing process improvement and standardization.Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or higher in Project Management or a related field preferred.
Certifications
Required:
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
OSHA 10 Certification
Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
OSHA 30 Certification (to be completed within 24 months)
Experience & Skills
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, technical project support, or field service operations.
Strong grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting installation or service teams in a technical environment is a plus.
Advanced multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of interfacing confidently with clients, technicians, and leadership.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve project-related challenges independently or collaboratively.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
